Platform Administration

Administration of Alianza's hosted voice platform is performed through the Service Provider Resource Center which includes the following five areas:


Alianza Tools and Administration Center (ATAC)

ATAC is single interface where operators manage all aspects of the Alianza platform, including retail product offerings, provisioning of new customers, CPE provisioning and performing all technical and customer support functions.

 

Service Desk

The Alianza Service Desk is for creating and tracking tickets esclated to Alianza and managing all aspects of customer and technical support.

 

Technical Resource Center

The Technical Resource Center provides access to technical support and integration documentation including user guides, API references, development guides and platform documentation.

 

Sales and Marketing Resource Center

The Sales and Marketing Resource Center provides access to brandable marketing and sales material to help jump-start service provider's go-to-market efforts; including product spec's, and market information.

 

Alianza University

The University is Alianza's training hub; and includes on-line tutorials and educational manuals covering everything from initial go-to-market implementation to support and sales training.
