Alianza Named a FTTH Top 100 Company

For over a decade, Broadband Communities Magazine has recognized organizations that lead the way in “building a fiber-connected world” in its Top 100 Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) list. Alianza is one of those companies and we are honored as to be named one of the FTTH leaders and innovators for 2017 for our Cloud Voice Platform that powers VoIP phone services for broadband ISPs.

The list is full of hard-charging new and well-established broadband providers that invest in building these FTTH networks across the U.S. And it includes vendors; ISPs need a strong supplier ecosystem to thrive and maximize the revenue and the customer experience. In selecting the FTTH Top 100, the magazine editors look for vendors that advance the cause of fiber-based broadband by supplying important solutions to broadband operators and introducing innovative technologies with game-changing potential.

fiber to the home

We are doing that with our fiber VoIP solution. We make it easy and economical for FTTH ISPs to better monetize their networks with a complete suite of VoIP phone services. With cloud-powered residential and business communication services ISPs expand their overall market opportunity and accelerate ROI on their fiber builds.

Fiber ISPs have a great opportunity to partner with cloud providers to deliver additional services that enhance the overall broadband customer experience and improve their FTTH business case. But a key outcome of adding new broadband services has to be that the solution is easy-to-manage (which also further enhances that margin profile) and agile (meaning it’s always evolving and painless to adjust to new market realities or opportunities). That’s a core part of our product strategy and it’s what we deliver to our service provider customers.

And we’re helping a growing community of electric cooperatives, new ISPs and municipalities successfully launch VoIP over their broadband infrastructure. This year we’ve announced customers including BARC Connects, Co-Mo Connect, MVLink, NEXT by North Arkansas Electric Cooperative and OzarksGo. And we’ll be revealing more in coming months.

It’s validating to be recognized by an independent and leading industry authority. And this comes soon after the Utilities Technology Council’s Impact Award for Services that we won in May. Check out the full 2017 FTTH Top 100 here.
