What is Crux Gateway?

Crux Gateway is a specialized network function that directs control and data plane traffic between CSP infrastructure and Crux Orchestrator. It handles secure call handoff, returns calls to the CSP platform when the AI interaction ends or a transfer is requested, and maintains caller ID end to end.

What is Crux Connector?

Crux Connector is a software module deployed alongside call control engines and configuration stores. It interfaces with user databases to tell Crux Orchestrator which E.164 directory numbers can be subscribed to AI experiences, helping experience providers determine whether a number belongs to a CSP served by Alianza.

What is the Crux Experience Library?

The Crux Experience Library is an integrated catalog and management environment for onboarding AI experience providers and making conversational AI services available to customers. CSPs can curate approved experiences, control customer access, and view reporting on active experiences, connected accounts, call volumes, and adoption trends.

What do Crux APIs provide?

Crux APIs provide a standardized REST-based way for AI experience providers to connect applications with network capabilities and eligible subscribers. The APIs support eligibility verification, connection to the appropriate CSP, experience assignment, activation, OAuth2 authentication, and consistent error handling.

What is Crux Citadel Orchestrator?

Crux Citadel Orchestrator is the on-premises option for operators deploying AI experiences within their own infrastructure. It integrates with standard fixed-line and mobile IMS architectures and provides a fully air-gapped environment designed to preserve data sovereignty.

How does Crux handle end-user authorization and call recording notifications?

Crux captures and records authorization from end users signing up for an experience. When a calling party is routed to an experience, an integrated media server plays a recording notification and logs that notification along with confirmation that the caller remained on the line. The experience provider has no visibility into the call until that process is complete.
