What is it?
Clearwater Core provides the essential IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) components required for deploying highly scalable rich communications services. These control plane functions include I/S-CSCF proxies plus the BGCF. A CCF converts events to file based CDRs, while an exclusive HSS Mirror dramatically reduces database queries. Clearwater employs standardized SIP signaling and Diameter AAA and charging interfaces.
