Alianza is on a mission to be the world’s best cloud-based telecommunications platform for service providers. We’re looking for a Part-time IT Technician to serve as the first point of contact to employees in need of assistance . This position will be 20 hours a week with preference to a 9-1:00 schedule. 

●Serve as the first point of contact to employees in need of assistance via phone, email,
Slack, or in-person
●Perform troubleshooting on computers, printers, phones, basic network connectivity,
email, and audio/video systems
●Manage all laptop repairs, replacements, and lifecycle
●Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors
●Manage helpdesk tickets and tasks in a timely manner
●Oversee all AV equipment, ensure it is all running as expected. You will also be
responsible for running the AV equipment for large meetings, ensuring that audio levels
are proper, microphones are working, etc
●You will own issues end to end, escalating issues when necessary, and following up to
ensure resolution
●1+ year working in a IT/Helpdesk environment or A+ Certification
●Excellent at communicating with others via phone, email, Slack, or in-person
●A solid working knowledge of Windows 10 and MacOS
●Basic understanding of networking (wired, wireless)
●Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer/network/AV technical issues
Bonus Skills
●Experience with Crestron systems
●Experience with Barco Unisee
●Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc)
●Advanced networking knowledge (OSI Model, Cabling, Switching, VPN)
●VoIP knowledge
